Govindpuram Scheme
- Govindpuram Scheme – Delhi – Moradabad Road and NH 9.
- This is a well-organized 48-hectare township, equipped with all modern amenities. It boasts a strategic location on Delhi Road, offering direct connectivity to the Bareilly and Lucknow bypasses.
- 20 hectares of land have been acquired, with approval received for an additional 10 hectares.
Shivalik Scheme
- Shivalik Scheme – Above the New Moradabad Scheme.
- Proposed over 1250 hectares, with 358 hectares to be developed in the first phase. A modern township based on the Smart City concept, including a Medicity, IT City, and Shilpgram (craft village).
