Moradabad Development Authority (MDA) is actively pursuing several ongoing and planned placemaking and beautification initiatives along the Delhi–Moradabad Road. These projects are primarily pedestrian-centric developments, aiming to forge a seamless connection between green and built environments. Actionable initiatives currently underway include the development of a greenbelt and footpaths, significantly enhancing the aesthetic appeal and walkability of the area. Additionally, nine statues illustrating the roles and responsibilities of the MDA are being installed, contributing to both the beautification and public awareness aspects of the road. These efforts signify a concerted drive towards creating more engaging, accessible, and visually appealing public spaces along this crucial thoroughfare.
