The Moradabad Development Authority (MDA) is actively implementing affordable housing projects in the city under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). These projects include the Dhakka Yojana, Lakri Fazalpur, New Moradabad Pocket-1, New Moradabad Pocket-2, Sonakpur Yojana, and Shahpur Tigri. Through these schemes, a total of 1712 properties have been developed, providing housing facilities for families in the lower and lower-middle-income groups. The MDA's efforts are playing a crucial role in meeting urban development and housing needs in Moradabad.
