Udyam Vihar
The Moradabad Development Authority (MDA) is developing Udyam Vihar as a major commercial hub within the New Moradabad scheme. Several initiatives are underway to make this area even more attractive to investors and businesses. These include the establishment of "Udyam Vihar," a commercial project spanning approximately 30 acres in Sector-02, and a "Waste-to-Wonder/Seven Wonders Park" covering 3 acres.
The "Waste-to-Wonder/Seven Wonders Park" will feature large replicas of India's Gateway of India, Nalanda University, Sanchi Stupa, and Qutub Minar, as well as global wonders like the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower, all constructed from waste materials. The goal of this project is to promote environmental conservation and boost tourism. This park will operate under a 20-year license fee model.
